By joining the Information Technology team here at Nexperia Manchester you will quickly learn about the different functions within IT that are vital to our 24-7 operation. The IT Team on site support 500+ office staff or virtual workers in many vital departments but also support the day to day running of IT systems in our fab. There are a huge range of complex semiconductor manufacturing tools running on various systems that you could gain exposure to by helping ensure our production is always uninterrupted.

About the placement
The IT team on site work in various areas including, web development, application support, data analysis, IT engineering, IT support, equipment installation, Network Engineering and much more.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about how information technology helps us work on a 24-7 basis to produce over 13,000 wafers each week!

About the T Level – Digital Support Services
During the 2-year programme, students will develop the core knowledge and skills that are needed for entry to a range of digital occupations.
This course is suitable for anyone wanting a career in digital infrastructure and support. Career options might include becoming an infrastructure technician or a role in IT support.
All students will develop a general understanding of digital:
